Ditlef de Vibe, Chairman of the Board
Ditlef de Vibe is CEO at Kistefos Venture Capital (KVC). He is chairman of the board in several KVC companies, including, Carrot Communications, Catalyst One, Infront and Paradial. Prior to joining Kistefos, de Vibe was responsible for building up and leading IBM's network outsourcing business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. de Vibe has a Master of Science from the University in Oslo and was elected Board member in 2001
Ingelin Drøpping
Ms. Drøpping is Vice
President for Telenor. She is also a board member of Opplysningen AS, Maritime
Communications Partner AS, Aeromobil Ltd and Telenor Cinclus AS. She holds a
Master of Science in computer science, with a major in network and protocols,
from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an Executive MBA
from Stockholm School of Economics.
Per Arne Henaes
Mr. Henaes is acting
CEO of Nera Networks and a member of the board of several Nera companies
abroad. He holds a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from the
Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Henaes was previously a member
of the Board up until January 2006.
Åge Korsvold
Åge Korsvold has been the CEO of Kistefos since December of 2001. He has a varied experience, moving between investment banking organisations and executive positions in industry. He was the CEO of Storebrand, a leading Norwegian insurer from 1994 to 2000, and worked in the investment banking community from 1983 to 1994. Mr. Korsvold holds an MBA from the Wharton School.
Allen Adams
Mr. Adams has a broad 30 years of experience in engineering, marketing and general management in the communications industry. He has co-founded three technology start-ups, including Carrius Technologies in 2002, and IPCell Technologies, which was acquired by Cisco Systems in November 2000. Mr. Adams is currently an advisor and Board member with several technology start-up companies, and is a mentor with StarTech Early Ventures. Adams received his BS in Physics from Long Island University in 1971, and currently resides in the Dallas area after moving himself, his family, and DSC Communications, a company which he started in 1979, to the Telecom corridor in Richardson, Texas in 1981.
Haavard Nord
Mr. Nord is currently working as a Director for Nokia. Prior to joining Nokia he was CEO for Trolltech ASA, a Norwegian software company that he co- founded. Trolltech was acquired by Nokia in June 2008. Haavard is a veteran of the software development industry, with experience in software research, development and management. He graduated from the Norwegian Institute of Technology with an M.Sc. in Computer Science.
